Business Continuity Statement

EdgeTrade LLC has a disaster recovery and business continuity plan, ensuring client access to critical services at all times.

The EdgeTrade recovery management team, consisting of company departmental heads, will, as a need arises, coordinate communication with staff via phone, email and SMS. Client communications will be disseminated via the EdgeTrade website, and all phone calls redirected to the disaster recovery site.

All critical data will be replicated to the disaster recovery site for redundancy and initiation of a recovery process.

Only key personnel will require physical access to the disaster recovery site. Other operational departments have the ability work remotely, with full access to critical systems.

EdgeTrade has invested heavily in building redundancies and safeguards to protect against any single point of failure including, but not limited to, power, systems and communications.

EdgeTrade’s business continuity plan has been designed, in part, with industry best practices to ensure minimal to zero impact to clients’ businesses. While substantial time and resources have been devoted to planning and testing the business continuity plan, there can be no guarantee of availability or full recovery after a disaster or significant business disruption. It is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to anticipate every type or combination of scenarios. Notwithstanding, EdgeTrade maintains that there are adequate safeguards in place to minimize service disruption.
